Cement mason • Union County, New Mexico

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cement mason in Union County, New Mexico. The job is on a building construction site. The role involves patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified. You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
