What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
