Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
