We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Medina County, Ohio. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
