Acoustic insulation fitter — Issaquena County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Issaquena County, Mississippi. Day to day you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
