Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Emmons County, North Dakota. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings You will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
