Quality checker wanted in Kendall County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Kendall County, Texas. You will work in an automotive parts factory. On a typical shift you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
