Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hand presser in Newton County, Indiana. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On the job you will handle: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Give each garment a final press before packing • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments Six days a week, one day off. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
