Now hiring: we are hiring a smash repairer in Crawford County, Iowa. You will work at a busy body shop. On the job you will handle: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
