On the job you will handle: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
