Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Albemarle County, Virginia. The job is at a busy body shop. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Day to day you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
