Press machine operator wanted in Isokan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press machine operator in Isokan, Osun State. The job is at a busy press shop. You should have: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Day-to-day duties: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
