Refrigeration service engineer — Cumberland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Cumberland County, Virginia. The job is at a food processing plant. On the job you will handle: • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
