Immediate opening: reinforcement fitter (Sokoto State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Wurno, Sokoto State. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules On a typical shift you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; assemble column and beam cages on the bench. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦1,250 per hour plus benefits.
