Elevator repair technician — Jones County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Jones County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota You will mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; run load and overload tests with test weights; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear.
