Frame straightening technician — Bronx County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Bronx County, New York. The role involves: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers Ideal candidate: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
