Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Andrew County, Missouri. The role involves load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
