Back-of-house cleaner • Starke County, Indiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Starke County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 5+ years on the tools preferred.
