Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Cotton County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience.
