Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Hardeman County, Texas. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
