You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
