Shuttering charge hand wanted in Boone County

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Boone County, Kentucky. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
