Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Day to day you will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting.
