Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Desha County, Arkansas. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
