Vacancy available: we are hiring an auto painter in Tama County, Iowa. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners On a typical shift you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
