Track-type tractor operator wanted in Santa Rosa County

Join our team: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Santa Rosa County, Florida. You will be based at an open-cast mine. You will clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
