Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Performance bonus on top of base pay.
