Counter butcher — Esan South-East

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Esan South-East, Edo. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
