Refrigeration technician • Lyon County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Lyon County, Kansas. You will work in a commercial cold storage facility. On the job you will handle: • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system You should have: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Six days a week, one day off.
