Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits.
