Join our team: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Warren County, New York. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. On the job you will handle: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Rotating shifts.
