Insulation installer wanted in Chickasaw County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation installer in Chickasaw County, Iowa. You will be based at an industrial plant. On a typical shift you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
