Now hiring: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Day-to-day duties: • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage Full-time with occasional weekends.
