Natural gas fitter • Douglas County, Wisconsin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Douglas County, Wisconsin. The role involves check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration We offer $180 per day plus benefits.
