On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
