Plant operator (dozer) wanted in Medina County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Medina County, Ohio. You will work on a road construction project. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) You will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $32 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
