Bread and bun maker wanted in Northumberland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
