Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Norman County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
