Grill cook wanted in Copiah County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Copiah County, Mississippi. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat We offer $4,750 per project plus benefits.
