The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Overtime paid at a premium rate.
