Abattoir worker • Elmore County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Elmore County, Alabama. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
