We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kanabec County, Minnesota. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
