Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Fairfield County, South Carolina. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
