Rebar fixer wanted in Hidalgo County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. You should have: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Day-to-day duties: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
