Urgent requirement: kitchen steward (Borno State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kala-Balge, Borno State. The job is in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
