Scaffolding labourer • Clayton County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Clayton County, Iowa. The job is at a shipyard. Day to day you will lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use. Requirements: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
