Gas commissioning technician • Beauregard Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. The role involves: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
