Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Rockingham County, Virginia. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Your main tasks: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
