Immediate opening: we are hiring a mobile tyre fitter in Buchanan County, Virginia. The role involves remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
