Bar bender and fixer — Corson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Corson County, South Dakota. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. You will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
